The Office of Grants & Contracts Accounting (OGCA) is responsible for the post-award finance functions of sponsored program activities. Our mission is to support the Ä¢¹½Ä¢¹½'s mission by ensuring compliance with federal regulations, state laws, various agency regulations, and university policies and procedures.
